Terms of Service

General Commissions TOS

All commissions are for personal use only. (Unless discussed otherwise)As the artist I reserve the right to decline or refund any commission or client for any reason.The art I create for clients cannot be used by you nor your partners for training AI or as an NFT.You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.When sharing your commission whether it be as an icon, banner, or posting online i don't mind but you MUST provide credit to me the artist.

Payment & Refunds

I only will accept payment via Paypal Invoice in USD or Venmo.
If your payment is not received after a week (unless discussed otherwise) your commission slot will be taken away and handed to the next available client.
Refunds will be issued in full ONLY if I haven't started the commission. Partial Refunds are accepted if I have only sent the sketch to the commissioner. If the commission is already completed or past the sketch stage refunds will not be given.

Wait Time & Process

Waiting time depends, but the commissioner should be prepared to wait up to a month for the commission. Besides art I have other responsibilities outside of taking art commissions so there is instances where I am busy. If you ever need to check in you can always reach out to me!
My commissions are not on first come first serve basis which means I will decide which ones I want to take and which ones I don't. If I accept your commission I will reach out to you via discord or the commissioners main use of contact.
After confirming details with the commissioner I will send you an invoice. The invoice must be paid before I send off the sketch.
